Malini Doddamani

Malini Doddamani is a global marketing and communications executive with a career spanning institutions in higher education, nonprofits, digital health, and urban policy. Currently the Founder and CEO of M Doddamani Strategy Partners, she advises academic and healthcare organizations—including Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, Saïd Business School at Oxford, and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts—on brand strategy, marketing transformation, and communications innovation for audience growth and institutional impact.

Previously, Malini served as Chief Marketing Officer at The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, where she continued to market a 200-year-old brand and led the marketing of the Philadelphia Flower Show, raising $1.2 million in revenue.

At The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Malini held senior leadership roles over nearly a decade, including as Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, directing global media strategy and managing PR across multiple programs and research centers. Prior to that, she led communications at The New York Academy of Medicine, promoting the Academy’s mission as a premier urban health policy institute.

Malini’s earlier roles include Director of Public Affairs at The University of the Arts and Associate Director of Public Affairs at Yale University’s MacMillan Center for International Studies. She also launched the first public relations office for St. George’s University in Grenada, where she coordinated communications between university leadership, the host government, and the international press.

With international experience across Grenada, India, Canada, Trinidad, Mexico, and the UK, Malini brings a truly global perspective to her work. She is an engaged alumna and serves on the boards of PVI (as Chair) and Building 21.
